Must-have
7+ years MEP estimating experience
Transportation infrastructure project knowledge
Quantity take-offs from drawings and BIM
Proficiency with CostX or HeavyBid software
Subcontractor bid evaluation skills
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with Revit and Civil 3D
Value engineering and design optimization
Experience with P3 infrastructure contracts
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Key Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management
7+ years of experience in MEP estimating
Strong understanding of transportation codes and standards
