Job Summary

  • This role will ensure that we seek to understand and document our customers clinical needs and translate them into safe, efficient workflows with our products and solutions.
  • Collaborating with clinicians and IT stakeholders to design, document and translate user needs into functional specifications for application configuration, upgrades, and testing.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, radiology, cardiology, digital pathology or equivalent

  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems
  • Proven experience in human factors, user experience-led design, and design thinking workshops
