Job Summary
Lead the controlling team, ensuring professional and operational excellence, and develop team members through mentoring and motivation.
Ensure the reliability of the internal control system, develop and implement improvement plans in cooperation with the financial director, and manage internal control and audit processes.
Develop and operate reporting systems, optimize daily reporting, coordinate monthly reports, and ensure fast and accurate data flow, while supporting and managing monthly closing processes and automating reports.
