Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the legal structuring and execution of national and international corporate transactions (M&A), the establishment of joint ventures, venture capital deals, group financing projects, and internal corporate reorganizations.
  • In addition, you will independently draft and negotiate transaction documents, provide post‑M&A advice, and legally support the post‑merger integration.
