This position offers a flexible schedule and autonomy to work independently, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You will collaborate with physicians, RNs, Social Workers, Home Health Aides and volunteers to support patients wherever they call home.

Key Requirements
Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
Current RN licensure in Ohio
BLS Certification from AHA
One year of current clinical experience as an RN
One year of acute medical-surgical or critical care experience
Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance
