This role involves supervision of all Rehabilitation personnel, interviewing, hiring, firing, training, and development of staff, as well as implementing new programs to meet clinical and operational needs.
The DOR holds administrative authority and accountability for overseeing the clinical and operational delivery of rehabilitative services, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies.
