Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or military experience
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, process management, project delivery, or any combination of the three
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a for-profit company
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Experience with complex stakeholder management
  • Experience with the external community in the Mid-Atlantic (specifically DC, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Richmond)
  • Experience in financial services
  • Experience delivering on Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) investments
  • Experience in sales or other domains deeply dependent on the quality of relationship management
  • Community organizing, nonprofit, or political experience
