Job Summary

  • Provide clear, and accurate, analytical interpretation and reporting of labor utilization to support workforce planning and scheduling.
  • Oversee and supervise the TMM & Scheduling operation and collaborate with park leadership to align and manage labor grids.
  • Create, analyze, and report on labor hour trends, staffing patterns, budgets, and projections, and make recommendations for process improvement.
