Must-have
Prepare legal documents and pleadings
E-file court documents in state and federal court
Conduct legal research and factual investigation
Coordinate and summarize depositions
Manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
Experience in Personal Injury or Workers Compensation
Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Witness preparation experience
Assisting with case settlements
Key Requirements
Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of litigation experience preferred
Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing 35+ wpm
Must be available for on-site work; remote/hybrid not eligible
