Must-have
Conduct psychosocial evaluations using DSM criteria
Implement crisis plans for high-risk patients
Maintain current knowledge of treatment modalities
Document assessments in medical record per standards
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have
Experience in behavioral health emergency work
Prior virtual or remote care experience
Collaboration with multidisciplinary ED teams
Participation in policy development and evaluation
Key Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT OR Associate's in Nursing
Full current licensure: LCMHC, LCSW, LPA, LMFT, or RN
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
Must reside within 150 miles of Charlotte, NC virtual hub
