Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff.
Works with the DON to recruit, hire and train nursing staff and resolve employee issues.
Oversees clinical operations, ensuring resident safety and respectful treatment, and acts as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
