Support technical (remote) commissioning of electrical installations within charging infrastructure and act as the central contact point for second-level technical support.
Monitor the operation of charging infrastructure, ensure compliance with service levels, and manage fast, efficient fault clearance and well-functioning service processes.
Take responsibility for the selection, coordination, management, and qualification of service providers, and provide second-level technical support to resolve errors.
