Job Summary
Lead cross-functional AI initiatives with a primary focus on enterprise deployments of AI products like ChatGPT and copilot and adjacent generative AI capabilities.
Own end-to-end delivery of AI projects from planning and governance through execution, hypercare, and handover to operations.
Partner with platform engineering to enable automation, environment readiness, and integrations (e.g., M365, ServiceNow, Slack, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID) and to track operational SLAs/OKRs.
