Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ years technical writing experience
Proficiency with Atlassian Confluence and Jira
Experience documenting Unix terminal commands
Knowledge of network infrastructure and data centers
Ability to create workflow diagrams and visual assets
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with GitHub or GitLab repositories
Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
Experience working with global cross-functional teams
Fluency in German or Japanese languages
Prior background as a Business Systems Analyst
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, or Computer Science
Minimum 3 years of relevant technical writing experience
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
