Salary
Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years engineering experience
Harness and interconnect device design
Active DoD Secret security clearance
U.S. citizenship required
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing ASME Y14.5
Nice-to-have
Experience with mixed signal harness design
Proficiency in Creo Schematic and Mentor Capital
Knowledge of EMI/RFI shielding and crosstalk
Ability to solve tight space constraints
Familiarity with rigid-flex harness design
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience
Degree in STEM or Advanced Degree with 5 years experience
Must have Active DoD Secret Clearance on day one
U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
Experience designing/modifying harness and interconnect devices
