The SpeakUP team ensures there are safe channels and formal processes in place that enable the Group’s people and external partners to speak up about their concerns.
You will be responsible for conducting fair, impartial and timely investigations and culture reviews with sensitivity and professionalism.
We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time each month connecting in office.

Key Requirements
7+ years' experience in workplace investigations
Tertiary qualifications in law or relevant field preferred
Experience with Australia's corporate statutory whistleblower regime
Experience in risk, compliance, HR, or legal teams
