Job Summary
This new role will be responsible for executing merger and acquisition due diligence services for clients.
The role involves reviewing policies, corresponding with underwriters, and presenting findings to clients.
Assist with the execution of 30-60 acquisitions per year ranging from $2 million to $200 million + in deal value.
