Job Summary
As a Facilities Technician specializing in Life Science environments, you will be an important team member in our Facility Management team, combining practical technical expertise with coordination tasks.
Your main tasks include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure (excluding HVAC systems), and executing general repair and maintenance work using craftsmanship and technical expertise.
You will coordinate external service providers and craft businesses for maintenance and repair activities, monitor maintenance activities, and maintain accurate documentation of completed work.
