Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Key responsibilities include administering medications, charting nursing notes, maintaining resident records, and participating in care plan development and implementation.
