The NERD program transforms practicing non-emergency veterinarians into confident ER doctors through a six-month immersive mentorship.
Participants receive over 160 RACE-approved CE hours covering ultrasound, endoscopy, exotics, and critical care at no cost.
Upon successful completion, graduates are guaranteed a full-time position as an emergency doctor at a VEG hospital location.

Competitive compensation + benefits starting day one; $100,000 total investment per NERD including equity after one year; Student loan repayment available after first year
