Job Summary

  • The primary objectives of the RSM are to work to understand the needs of the market, be recognised as a Trusted Advisor by our customers, and by working closely with the wider business as ONE TEAM deliver sustainable and profitable growth and a great customer experience throughout and beyond the buying journey.
  • Systematically utilise pre-call planning and questioning strategies to understand the needs of the customer and as the ‘Trusted Advisor’ make recommendations to move opportunities through the phases and leverage post-call reviews to improve outcomes.
  • Barry-Wehmiller is a diversified global supplier of engineering consulting and manufacturing technology for the packaging, corrugating, sheeting and paper-converting industries.
