Job Summary

As an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Managers to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes and support Manufacturing Excellence initiatives.
We work five days per week from the office balancing the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
GMP manufacturing experience
Supervisory and leadership skills
Continuous improvement and problem solving
Adherence to cGMP and safety standards
Day role Monday to Friday
Matrix environment teamwork
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of SHE principles
Experience with FDA regulated quality systems
Pharmaceutical operational or Chemistry/Micro roles
Leadership and people development experience
Familiarity with digital performance platforms
Lean principles implementation
Key Requirements
Science or Engineering degree or relevant experience
Experience of GMP manufacturing
Ability to lead or contribute in matrix teams
Experience in highly compliant or cGMP environments
