** North Houston Transitional Care is seeking a Marketing Director to develop and manage marketing and public relations strategies to enhance community engagement and facility visibility. The position is remote and requires a strong background in marketing, particularly in a healthcare setting, along with excellent communication skills and an understanding of privacy regulations. **

Job Summary

  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices.
  • Develop and maintain written policies and procedures that govern the release of information concerning the residents, employees, and/or the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
  • Prepare a departmental operating budget for approval by the Administrator and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of the facility.

Key Requirements
