Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pre-Litigation, Litigation and Risk Management projects and initiatives within the 3rd Party Casualty area of responsibility that will support our strategic goals commitments.
  • This individual will oversee claim managers/ analysts to develop strategies and initiatives that will assist Delivery and Legal Leaders in achieving their objectives, including outperforming the competition in risk mitigation, loss and expense cost management, and supporting corporate growth goals.
