Job Summary

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, developing policies, coordinating care plans, and participating in quality assurance and facility surveys.
This role requires leadership in managing nursing personnel, providing direct nursing care, ensuring safety and sanitation, and participating in staff development and training programs.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Current active RN license

Maintain continuing education and licensing
Ability to lift 25 pounds and meet health requirements
