Job Summary
Schedule maintenance of facility systems including boiler, pumps, ventilation, plumbing, water and sewage systems, and the Energy Management System (EMS).
Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, patching walls, painting, changing air filters, and washing carpets.
Adhere to company and safety policies, report maintenance problems and hazards, and complete safety training and certifications.
