Job Summary

  • Provide support for Global Contact Center and audio/video conferencing ensuring endpoints are operational and up to date.
  • Respond to user trouble tickets related to Cloud Contact Center within service levels and coordinate testing and support of Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Work with communications carriers and technicians to resolve carrier problems and coordinate vendor maintenance requests and activities.
