Job Summary
Responsible for nationwide key tender and reimbursement management in the ethical channel, including planning, building partnerships, and defining potential customers to achieve established targets.
Leads development of Strategic Account Plans, finds business/access opportunities, and guides the KAM team in territory management to drive better business results.
Trains, coaches, and controls the KAM team to be more effective and proactive in activities and key account management, analyzing sales figures and reports to identify account needs.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years in the role or similar
Minimum 3-4 years relevant management experience
Pharmaceutical/Nutrition industry experience
University graduate in Medical/Pharmacy qualification
