Review and sign off on compounding records, formulations, and batch documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with USP <795>/<800> and state board requirements.
Oversee and verify the accurate compounding, labeling, and dispensing of customized medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and established formulations.
Participate in internal audits, CAPA investigations, and quality control procedures related to compounded products.

Key Requirements
