Provide day-to-day support for POS systems, including Oracle MICROS Simphony or similar platforms.
Troubleshoot POS terminals, printers, payment devices, and peripherals, and support software issues including transaction errors, menu updates, and system connectivity.
Ensure system uptime across a 24/7 operational environment and work with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve POS-related issues.
