Job Summary

  • The Associate Director of Content Operations is responsible for building from the ground up and overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational functions of Johnson & Johnson’s Content Hub.
  • This role will ensure cross-portfolio creative development achieves unparalleled quality and efficiencies through standards, governance, and engagement models across marketing, agencies of record, and Johnson & Johnson’s promotional review committees.
  • The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $122,000.00 - $212,750.00

  • Deep proficiency in Technology to support Content Operations
  • B.S. required; MS/MBA/PhD preferred
