Must-have

  • Review and manage as-built BIM models

  • Support BIM-to-FM handover process

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years BIM coordination experience
  • Proficient in Revit & Navisworks
  • Hands-on experience with CDE (ACC or BIM 360)
  • Familiar with asset data, AIR/EIR, and FM/CMMS Systems
