Must-have
Master's degree in life sciences or PhD
Qualified Patent Attorney or IP lawyer
12 years post-qualification IP experience
5 years in-house IP team management
Experience managing IP litigation and disputes
Nice-to-have
Trademark clearance and enforcement experience
Background in pharmaceutical operations
Cross-functional collaboration with R&D
International patent prosecution expertise
Key Requirements
Master's degree in life sciences (chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology) or PhD
Admitted to practice as Patent Attorney or IP lawyer in US, Europe, or Australia
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in Intellectual Property
Minimum 5 years experience with life science technologies and in-house IP teams
Proven experience supervising IP litigation and external counsel
