As Director of Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for building and growing revenue-driving relationships with mid-market and enterprise brands and agencies.
You’ll combine consultative solution selling with deep knowledge of the influencer and creator economy, helping clients unlock the full potential of Later’s platform and services.
This role is equal parts hunter and farmer: driving new client acquisition while expanding and strengthening existing partnerships.

$250,000 - 300,000 OTE

Key Requirements
3 - 5+ years quota-carrying sales experience
Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals
Experience selling into marketing, brand, or media teams
Strong understanding of influencer marketing
Ability to lead clients through consultative sales process
Data-driven mindset
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
Self-starter in fast-paced, high-growth environment
