  • Experience conducting human subjects behavioral research
  • Ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel locally and occasionally overnight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations like incarcerated persons
  • Knowledge of traumatic stress and PTSD interventions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
  • 3 years of human subjects behavioral research experience (Level I/II)
  • 5 years of human subjects behavioral research experience (Level III)
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
  • Must be able to drive for in-state travel
