Job Summary

  • This position will primarily be responsible for oversight of child welfare services, monitor or investigate complaints received regarding services provided to children and families for the purpose of providing quality control and quality improvement of public and private agencies in Oklahoma.
  • The individual must be able to review the issues of the complaint with the context of appropriate statutes, child welfare polices/procedures, and best practices as well as identify violations and/or areas of concern.
  • The individual will prepare reports regarding cases of child death and near deaths that may be shared with the public.

  • Master’s degree or juris doctorate or equivalent experience
  • Five years of professional experience in child welfare, juvenile justice, disability, mental health, education, or law
