Key Requirements

  • Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects
  • Strong work experience in PM practice skills
  • Domain knowledge on cash, transaction and payments banking
  • Mandate experience in Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking
  • Hands-on experience in Cash management/Payments/Collections/Virtual accounts/Liquidity management/Digital Banking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Virtual environment experience working for Global stake holders
  • Experience in end-to-end project design and execution – preferably in Agile
  • Corporate banking product knowledge (cash & trade)
  • Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile)
  • Proven facilitation skills
  • Business Analysis skills
  • Process mapping skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration in delivering projects
  • Awareness of project management in JIRA, knowledge of Confluence
