Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods to service new semiconductor products and support manufacturing and quality processes.
Train Customer Engineers, Process Engineers, and Technical Product Support teams on new products prior to shipment.
Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to solve issues, conduct failure analysis, and improve product reliability.
