Job Summary

You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with all nursing service procedures and regulations.
This role involves participating in staff development, safety and sanitation programs, equipment management, care planning, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare personnel.

Key Requirements
