  • The Senior Document Controller is responsible for the implementation of governance and management of records within the Asset and Network Planning Directorate, including maintaining and organising policies, processes, procedures, and other data related to the management of highways assets.
  • The role also serves as the initial point of contact for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, evaluating and drafting initial responses and coordinating technical input from relevant parties.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Library Science, or related
  • Proven experience in records management
  • Experience of using SharePoint
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
  • Full driving licence
  • Security clearance may be required
