The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the air-cooled centrifugal chiller product engineering team in Wuxi to support the global data center business.
This role drives technology roadmap execution, leads new product introduction programs, and ensures excellence in sustaining engineering and product quality.
The position requires collaboration with multiple departments including Product Management, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Service teams to ensure successful product lifecycle support.
