Digital transformation in metals & mining
Project management office (PMO) execution
5D BIM and drone/LiDAR progress tracking
Primavera/MS Project scheduling
Power BI/Tableau dashboarding
IoT geo-fencing material tracking
Extensive travel to project sites
Nice-to-have
Consulting experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Problem solving and collaboration
Climate and sustainability knowledge
Mentorship and wellbeing focus
Use of GenAI assistants for reporting
Exposure to large marquee projects
Key Requirements
2–5 years relevant metals/mining construction experience
PMP® certification preferred or willingness to obtain
M.Tech (NICMAR) preferred or BE/B.Tech with MBA
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project and BIM tools
