The primary purpose of this role is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
This position requires participation in administrative duties, medication administration, staff development, safety monitoring, and coordination with other departments to ensure comprehensive resident care.
The nurse will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, participating in quality assurance programs, and ensuring compliance with infection control and safety standards.
