• The Vice President of Quality Assurance will provide strategic leadership and oversight for Quality Assurance (QA) functions across a wide spectrum of Bank Operations.
• Key responsibilities include developing and executing the enterprise QA strategy, leading quality evaluations across multiple Bank Operations functions, and managing, mentoring, and developing a team of Quality Analysts.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operational Risk, or Bank Operations
• 5+ years in senior leadership
• Expertise in designing QA frameworks within regulated financial services environments
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, operational controls, risk management practices, and audit standards
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills
