The Dietary Director ensures that meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role involves managing staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The Dietary Director participates in Quality Assurance and Interdisciplinary Team meetings and presents in-service education programs for dietary staff.

Key Requirements
