The role supports a minimum of three markets by managing all aspects of accounts receivable including billing, lockbox reporting, and cash application.
Analysts must ensure accurate reconciliation of payments across Lockbox, Credit Card, and ACH forms within the Wide Orbit system.
The position requires close collaboration with Sales and Traffic departments to resolve billing discrepancies and process credit adjustments.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 2 years accounts receivable experience
Strong Excel skills required
Wide Orbit or OSi experience preferred

Degree in Accounting or Management

Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 2 years AR or general accounting experience
