Base: $199,000.00 - $343,850.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for long-term incentive program; Benefits: Includes pension, 401(k), vacation, sick time, and parental leave

Must-have
MD or MD/PhD degree required
Board certification in Neurology or Psychiatry preferred
5+ years clinical research experience in biopharma
Leading early-phase clinical trials from IND through Phase IIa
Deep understanding of neurodegenerative diseases biology
Experience with biomarker strategies and translational neuroscience
Nice-to-have
Experience with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's Disease
Knowledge of innovative trial designs and digital health tools
Strategic thinker able to influence cross-functional teams

Key Requirements
