Job Summary

• The Director, Pharmacy plans, organizes and directs all functions of the hospital pharmacy services, assuring all legal, regulatory, and accrediting requirements are maintained.
• Responsibilities include managing the pharmacy budget, participating in hospital committee meetings, conducting staff meetings, purchasing drugs and supplies, and maintaining pharmacy scheduling.

• Bachelors degree in pharmacy or PharmD
• Licensed Pharmacist in Tennessee
• 3+ years pharmacy leadership experience
• Inpatient/hospital experience required
