Job Summary

  • The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of an athletic program, including but not limited to player development, the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, administration of practices, game preparation and execution, and program operations.
  • This role assists with the planning and implementation of training sessions, provides feedback and mentorship to student-athletes, and helps develop strategies for competition.
