Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity compliance
  • Active US security clearance or SCI eligible
  • Experience with FedRAMP and NIST frameworks
  • Leadership of distributed technical teams
  • Deep familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with GenAI and AI/ML compliance
  • Relevant certifications like CISSP or CISM
  • Background in defense or classified environments
